Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the package. To initiate a return, log in to your account and use the Quick Return option.
- Select the items to return – full or partial order returns are allowed.
- Complete return details – shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date.
- Pack and ship the product – via courier, parcel locker, or drop-off point.
Return requirements: Products must be in their original packaging, unworn, with labels and seals intact, and accompanied by the receipt and withdrawal declaration form.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

You may also email the withdrawal declaration to atelier@affairfashion.eu. The return period is counted from the date the email or parcel was sent.
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made via the same payment method used at checkout. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable in case of partial returns.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size within 14 days. Please contact us first to confirm stock availability of the size you want.

Complaints
If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team via the contact form, email, or hotline (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00).
- Describe the issue in detail.
- Include order number, receipt or invoice.
- Attach photos if applicable.
If your complaint is accepted, we will provide an appropriate resolution: product replacement, repair, refund, or another agreed solution.
